How involved do I need to be?

We wholeheartedly support our clients' preferred level of involvement, whether they prefer to be highly engaged or take a more hands-off approach. In addition to our organizing services, we offer guidance in styling and provide effective insights on maintaining organization.

Do I need to be present during the process?

We understand life can get busy, we require someone of responsible age is present while we are inside your home for safety and security reasons. Online communication is available for every client in case questions or concerns arise outside of scheduled time.

What happens to the items I choose to let go of?

You have the option to donate, sell, or dispose of items you no longer need or want. Per request, Adordecor is pleased to offer assistance in donating and properly disposing of unwanted items. Our aim is to streamline your space with minimal effort while prioritizing environmental impact.

Will you help me decide what to keep and let go of?

Absolutely! We offer guidance and support in making decisions about what to keep, donate, or discard. We will help you prioritize items based on your needs, values, and available space.

Are products used included in the price or come at additional costs?

We will have a discussion with the client regarding any organization products required to fulfill the service. The products will be included in the invoice you receive following your consultation.

What is Adordecor's privacy policy?

Respecting our clients' privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we are dedicated to fostering a non-judgmental environment. Rest assured that we do not disclose home addresses, names, or any other personal information. To ensure transparency, we provide a photo consent form and a confidentiality agreement for each client, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and trust.

What is Adordecor's payment policy?

We accept payment in the form of credit card, debit card or check. Please note each service will have a $200 consultation, which will be applied towards your final payment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
